Demetri Terzopoulos is a Chancellor's Professor of Computer Science at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he holds the rank of Distinguished Professor and directs the UCLA Computer Graphics & Vision Laboratory. He is also Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of VoxelCloud, Inc., a multinational healthcare AI company. He graduated from McGill University, received his PhD degree ('84) in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and remained a Research Scientist at the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory through 1985. He is or was a Guggenheim Fellow, a Fellow of the ACM, a Life Fellow of the IEEE, a Distinguished Fellow of the IETI, a Fellow of the Royal Society of London and the Royal Society of Canada, a Member of the European Academy of Sciences and the New York Academy of Sciences, and a Life Member of Sigma Xi. His many awards include an Academy Award for Technical Achievement from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for his pioneering work on physics-based computer animation, as well as IEEE's Computer Pioneer Award, Helmholtz Prize, and inaugural Computer Vision Distinguished Researcher Award for his pioneering and sustained research on deformable models and their applications. Deformable models, a term he coined, is listed in the IEEE Taxonomy. With his more than 400 published research papers and several volumes, primarily in computer graphics, computer vision, medical imaging, computer-aided design, and artificial intelligence/life, the ISI and other indexes have listed him among the most highly-cited authors in engineering and computer science. He has given more than 500 invited talks worldwide about his research, including well over 100 distinguished lectures and keynote/plenary addresses. He joined UCLA in 2005 from New York University, where he held the Henry and Lucy Moses Endowed Professorship in Science and was Professor of Computer Science and Mathematics at NYU's Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. Previously, he was Professor of Computer Science and Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. Prior to becoming an academic in 1989, he was a Program Leader at Schlumberger corporate research centers in California and Texas.

Dinesh Manocha is Paul Chrisman-Iribe Chair in Computer Science & ECE and Distinguished University Professor at University of Maryland College Park. His research interests include virtual environments, physically-based modeling, and robotics. His group has developed a number of software packages that are standard and licensed to 60+ commercial vendors. He has published more than 600 papers & supervised 40 PhD dissertations. He is a Fellow of AAAI, AAAS, ACM, and IEEE, member of ACM SIGGRAPH Academy, and Bézier Award from Solid Modeling Association. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIT Delhi the Distinguished Career in Computer Science Award from Washington Academy of Sciences. He was a co-founder of Impulsonic, a developer of physics-based audio simulation technologies, which was acquired by Valve Inc in November 2016.

Prof. Simon X. Yang received the B.Sc. degree in engineering physics from Beijing University, China in 1987, the first of two M.Sc. degrees in biophysics from Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 1990, the second M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston, USA in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada in 1999. Prof. Yang joined the School of Engineering at the University of Guelph, Canada in 1999. Currently he is a Professor and the Head of the Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Systems (ARIS) Laboratory at the University of Guelph in Canada. Prof. Yang has diversified research expertise. His research interests include robotics, artificial intelligence, sensors and multi-sensor fusion, wireless sensor networks, intelligent control, machine learning, fuzzy systems, intelligent communication and transportation, and computational neuroscience. Prof. Yang he has been very active in various professional activities. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Robotics and Automation, and an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions of Artificial Intelligence, and several other journals. He has involved in the organization of many international conferences.

Ouri Wolfson's main research interests are in big data, distributed systems, mobile/pervasive computing, smart city, and connectomics. He received his B.A. degree in mathematics, and his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University. He is currently the Richard and Loan Hill Professor of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He is the founder of Mobitrac, a high-tech startup that was acquired by Fluensee Co.; and the founder and president of Pirouette Software Inc. which specializes in mobile data management. He served as a consultant to Argonne National Laboratory, US Army Research Laboratories, DARPA, and NASA. Before joining the University of Illinois he has been on the computer science faculty at the Technion and Columbia University, and a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories. Ouri Wolfson authored over 230 publications, and holds seven patents. He is a Fellow of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and a University of Illinois Scholar for 2009. He co-authored seven award winning papers, and served as a Distinguished Lecturer for the Association of Computing Machinery. Wolfson was the keynote and distinguished speaker at leading conferences and universities, most recently the The Eighth International Conference on Big Data Analytics (BDA2020) , Dec. 2020, and the International Conference on Transport and Smart Cities (ICoTS 2021) , Sept. 2021. Ouri Wolfson is the Editor in Chief of the MDPI Journal of Future Transportation , Specialty Chief Editor of Frontiers' Smart Technologies and Cities , and serves on the editorial boards of several journals. He chaired leading conferences, most recently he was the program co-chair of the 2020 Mobile Data Management (MDM) conference. His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), NATO, US Army, NASA, the New York State Science and Technology Foundation, Hughes Research Laboratories, Informix, Accenture, and Hitachi Co. During 2006-2015 he served as the Principal Investigator on a $3.1M NSF grant to establish a Ph.D. program in the new discipline of Computational Transportation Science.

Zhiyun Lin is currently a full professor in Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Southern University of Science and Technology. He received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Toronto, Canada, in 2005, and then he worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in University of Toronto from 2005 to 2007. He joined College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University in 2007 as a research professor and then promoted to a tenured full professor in 2011. In 2017, he moved to Hangzhou Dianzi University and worked as the Director of Artificial Intelligence Institute. He joined Southern University of Science and Technology in 2021. He held visiting professor positions at several universities including The Australian National University, University of Cagliari (Italy), University of Newcastle (Australia), University of Technology Sydney (Australia), and Yale University (USA). His research interests include multi-agent systems, distributed artificial intelligence, autonomous systems and swarm robots, cyber-physical systems, etc. He has authored and coauthored one monograph and over 200 peer-reviewed papers in leading international journals and conferences. He is a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Engineering and a fellow of IET.

Paulo J.S. Gonçalves is a Professor (Professor Coordenador) of Electrotechnical and Industrial Engineering with the School of Technology in the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, Portugal. He is also a senior researcher at IDMEC, Center of Intelligent Systems (CSI), University of Lisbon. He was trained in Mechanical Engineering, achieving the Licenciatura degree in 1995. He earned the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa, 1998 and 2005, respectively. Dr. Paulo J. Sequeira Gonçalves presented more than 100 contributions in robotics, vision and computational intelligence. The main research areas are: Robotics, Knowledge Representation, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Computational Intelligence, chiefly when applied to Healthcare and Industry. He is an IEEE Senior Member, a founding member of the Portuguese Robotics Society, an active member and/or officer for six IEEE standardization working groups, past chair of the IEEE CIS Portuguese chapter. He is also acts as an expert of the European Union for the evaluation of project proposals for several programs within H2020, Horizon Europe, several national funding agencies within the EU countries, expert of the A3ES (Portuguese Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education - A3ES).

Dr. Zhao is professor of Northwestern Polytechnical University School of Automation. Postdoctoral fellow at McMaster University in Canada, visiting researcher at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and visiting scholar at Temple University in the United States. The main research directions are: polarization imaging, hyperspectral imaging, image processing, and deep learning. Hosted and participated in more than 20 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, etc., won 5 provincial awards, published 3 multi-band polarized imaging related monographs, published more than 100 papers, and was selected by the Ministry of Education New Century Excellent Talent Program in 2012. Dr Anwaar Ulhaq is serving as a senior lecturer and deputy leader, Machine Vision and Digital Health Research in the School of Computing, Mathematics and Engineering, Charles Sturt University. Anwaar holds a PhD (Artificial Intelligence) from Monash University, Australia. He has completed professional education in machine learning and artificial intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has extensive teaching and research experience from reputed Australian universities including Victoria University, Swinburne University of Technology and Central Queensland University. He has also worked as a research fellow at the Institute for Sustainable Industries & Liveable Cities, Victoria University, Australia. He received Faculty Research Award in 2021 and Teaching Excellence Award in 2019 at Charles Sturt. His research interests include artificial creativity, deep learning, data analytics and computer vision. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in reputed journals and conferences.

Mosab Hamdan (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in Computer and Electronic System Engineering from the University of Science and Technology (UST), Sudan, in 2010, the M.Sc. degree in Computer Architecture and Networking from the University of Khartoum (UofK), Sudan, in 2014, and the PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (Computer Networks) from the Faculty of Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia, in 2021. From 2010 to 2015, he was a teaching assistant and lecturer with the Department of Computer and Electronics System Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Science and Technology (UST). From July 2021 to January 2022, he was a Researcher with the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia under the Post-Doctoral Fellowship Scheme. He is currently working as a Researcher under the post-doctoral research fellow Scheme. His current research interests are computer networks, Network security, software-defined networking (SDN), Internet-of-things (IoT), Smart Cities, and future networks.

Prof. Dr. Dionysis Bochtis works in the scientific area of Systems Engineering focusing on digital and robotized agricultural production, holding various positions in Academic-Research Institutions within his career including Centre for Research and Technology (Director of Institute for Bio-Economy and Agri-Technology), University of Lincoln -UK- (Prof. in Agri-Robotics), Aarhus University– DK - (Senior Scientist in Operations Management), while in parallel he is involved in agri-technology products development in the Private Sector. Among the over 300 publications, he has published more than 120 Journal articles, and 11 Books, while he has run over 50 research projects in the scientific area of Agri-Technologies. Selective Key-Activities include: • Chair of Section V (Systems management) of the International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering – CIGR, • President of the European Association for Information Technologies in Agriculture (EFITA). • Founder of the spin-off private company “farmB – Digital Agriculture”.

Rostam Affendi Hamzah graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia where he received his B.Eng majoring in Electronic Engineering. Then he had his M. Sc. in Electronic System Design Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy majoring in Imaging from the Universiti Sains Malaysia. Currently he is a senior lecturer in the Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka teaching digital electronics, digital image processing and embedded system. His areas of specialization are computer vision, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence. Besides, he was an invited speaker and presented papers at international conferences. As a result, he obtained several competitive research grants. Also, he refereed articles for, among others, international journals of high esteem, such as IEEE Access, IEEE Transactions on Mechatronics, IET Image Processing, Electronics Letters and IET Computer Vision. Sibi Chakkaravarthy Sethuraman received his Ph.D from Anna University in the year 2018 and he is currently working as an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology – Andhra Pradesh (VIT-AP) University since September 2018. Furthermore, he is the coordinator for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (AIR) Research Center at VIT-AP. He is the lead engineer for the project VISU, an Advanced 3D printed Humanoid Robot developed by VIT-AP. He is an active contributor of open source community and lead writer in top security magazines such as Pentestmag, eforensics. He is an active reviewer in many reputed journals including IEEE, Springer, IET, IGI Global and Hindawi. Currently he is an associate editor for International journal of Cognitive Informatics and Natural Intelligence (IJCINI), IGI Global publisher. He is a recipient of DST fellowship.

Dr.SAKTHIVEL RAMACHANDRAN (Senior Member, IEEE) received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Madras University, in 2000, the Master degree in applied electronics from Anna University, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in the area of low-power high-speed architecture development for signal processing and cryptography. He is currently working as an Associate Professor with the School of Electronics Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India. He is a co-author of the book “Basic Electrical Engineering published by Sonaversity, 2001 and the author of the “VLSI Design” published by S. Chand in 2007. He has published more than 60 peer reviewed papers in international conferences/journals. He has delivered around 50 guest lectures/invited talk and hands on workshop in the area of FPGA-based system design, full custom IC design, RTL to GDSII and ASIC Design. His research interests include low-power VLSI design, developing high-speed architectures for cryptography and image processing. His current research interests include Neuromorphic computing and making efficient hardware for AI and ML. He was heading the VLSI division at VIT, Vellore, India since 2009 to 2012. During his tenure he was instrumental in setting up SoC Design Lab, FPGA/ASIC Lab, Analog IC Design Lab in association with Cadence, Altera and Texas Instruments (India) Respectively. He was a consultant/corporate trainer for Texas Instruments (Banglore), BOSCH ( Banglore& Coimbatore), Pantech Solution( Chennai) and Wipro(Banglore). Prior to joining academia, he was the co-founder for the company Silicon to chip Technologies, Salem, India. He has mentored 30 undergraduate, 60 Post graduate students, 9 PhD students (3 finished PhDs), and 1 M.Tech (Research).

Chinthaka Premachandra was born in Sri Lanka. He received his BSc and MSc degrees from Mie University, Tsu, Japan in 2006 and 2008 respectively, and his Ph.D degree from the Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan, in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Chinthaka Premachandra was an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan. From 2016 to 2017, he was an assistant professor, from 2018-2022 he was In 2022, he was promoted to Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Shibaura Institute of Technology. In addition , he is the manager of Image Processing and Robotic Lab at the same department. He is the member of IEEE, IEICE (Japan), SICE (Japan), SOFT (Japan), and RSJ (Japan).

Ricardo A. Ramirez Mendoza received his Ph.D. degree in Automation and Production from Grenoble Institute of Technology, France (1997) and his MSc degree in Control from the Tec de Monterrey (1991). He has published over 500 papers in journals, conferences, etc., and he has mentored over 40 graduate students who occupy leading positions in academia&industry. His research lines include Automotive Control, Active Control, Vehicle Dynamic Control, Mechanical Vibrations, Brain-Computer-Interface, and Biomedical Signal Analysis. Has an appointment from the National System of Researchers level 2 of the Mexican government. Currently, he is Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at the School of Engineering and Sciences and Professor of Mechatronics & Mechanical Engineering.

HAMIDAH IBRAHIM is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Malaysia. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science in 1998 from Cardiff University, UK, with a dissertation entitled Semantic Integrity Constraints Enforcement for a Distributed Database, guided by Prof. Alex Gray. She is a member of IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, and Association Computing Machinery (ACM). Her current research interests include databases (distributed, parallel, mobile, biomedical, XML) focusing on issues related to integrity maintenance/checking, ontology/schema/data integration, ontology/schema/data mapping, cache management, data security, transaction processing, query optimization, query reformulation, preference evaluation – context-aware, information extraction, concurrency control; and data management in mobile, grid, and cloud. She has received several research grants; among others are the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia), Science Fund (Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation), and Research University Grant Putra. She has authored more than 300 scientific publications and book chapters. She serves as the editorial board member of several outstanding journals like International Arab Journal of Information Technology (IAJIT), International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering (IJECE), International Journal of Networks and Communications, International Journal of Mobile Network Communications & Telematics (IJMNCT), Asian Research Journal of Mathematics as well as reviewer of several scholarly journals like IEEE Access, Information Sciences, Journal of Supercomputing, etc.

My research objective is to develop, adopt and disseminate engineering knowledge and technologies that focus on automate agricultural and biosystems by conduct applied research to design and manufacturing a modern and smart agricultural machine and biosystems and to develop better solutions for agricultural problems concerning, power supplies, the efficiency of machinery, pollution and environmental issues, solar energy applications, and agricultural products processing. Area of scientific interest: Utilization of Mechanical, Electrical Control, and Electronics Engineering Technologies (Mechatronics applications), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligent (AI) for Biosystems Development and Mechanization of Agricultural Operations, through the following: ➢ Design and development of agricultural machinery, equipment, structures, and automatic control of smart irrigation systems. ➢ Development of solar powered systems with environmental control for storage, drying, heating, and disinfesting of agriculture product. ➢ Using applications of solar energy in modern irrigation systems, solar powered systems, and greenhouse control systems. ➢ Development of precision farming technologies and machine vision methods for agricultural applications (sorting and grading machines, image processing system, pulsed electric fields technology, and red palm weevil smart electronic traps). ➢ Using Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence applications for automated control and remote monitoring of biosystems. م

Deepika Koundal is currently associated with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. She received the recognition and honorary membership from Neutrosophic Science Association from University of Mexico, USA. She is also selected as a Young scientist in 6th BRICS Conclave in 2021. She received the Master and Ph.D. degrees in computer science & engineering from the Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2015. She received the B. Tech. degree in computer science & engineering from Kurkushetra University, India. She is also the awardee of research excellence award given by Chitkara University in 2019 and UPES in 2022. She has published more than 40 research articles in reputed SCI and Scopus indexed journals, conferences and two books. She is currently a guest editor in Computers & Electrical Engineering, Internet of Things Journals and IEEE Transaction of Industrial Informatics, Computational and Mathematical Methods in Medicine. She is also serving as Associate Editor in IET Image Processing and International Journal of Computer Applications. She also has served on many technical program committees as well as organizing committees and invited to give guest lectures and tutorials in Faculty development programs, international conferences and summer schools. Her Areas of Interest are Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Imaging and Signals, Image Processing, Soft Computing, Machine Learning/ Deep Learning. Dr. T. Velmurugan is working as an Associate Professor in the PG and Research Department of Computer Science and Applications, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, (Affiliated to the University of Madras), Chennai-600106, India. Also, he is the Advisor and Head, Department of Computer Applications (BCA). He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He has 28 years of teaching experience. He has guided more than 300 M.Phil., Research Scholars. Also, he has guided 16 Ph.D. scholars and currently guiding 6 Ph.D. scholars. He has published more than 110 articles in SCOPUS and SCI indexed journals. He has been elected and served as a Senate Member from Academic Council, University of Madras. He served as a nominated Senate Member in the Middle East University, Dubai, UAE. He is a member in Board of studies for many autonomous institutions and Universities. He is been a resource person for various National Workshops entitled "Scientific Research Article Writing and Journal Publications". He is an Editor in chief and Editorial Board Member for 7 International Journals. He is the Chair person and reviewer for the Government of Tamil Nadu State for XII standard book titled as “Electronics and Hardwares”. He served as a invited Speaker and Keynote speaker for various International Conferences. Further, he is a visiting faculty for M.Phil. course for various universities throughout India. Professor Igor Temkin graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics with a degree in production of computer systems.. In 1996 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of creating an intelligent systems in the mining industry. During around 30 years he worked as an assistant, assistant professor and professor in Moscow State Mining University (since 2013 -National University of Science and Technology "MISIS"). During last 7 last years leads the Department of Automated Control Systems in NUST MISIS. He publicated more than 120 scientific and science-education works, 30 of them are indexed in WoS and Scopus. After his heading 7 PhD thesis have been prepared. Repeatedly led Russian and international scientific and educational projects. He is the director of the Fund "Modern Science Education" .

Sanjeev Kumar currently works at the Department of Mathematics, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University. Sanjeev does research in Materials Science and Applied Mathematics. Their current project is on "Fuzzy logic and its applications"
