Prof. Kulamani Parida, Distinguished Professor in Chemistry and Director, Centre for Nano Science and Nano Technoogy joined in Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India in June, 2014. Before joining at SOA, he worked 37 years in CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar at different capacities and retired from the position of Chief Scientist and Head of Colloids and Materials Chemistry, Department. Dr. Parida has made significant contribution towards photocatalytic water splitting to H2 and O2, nitrogen to ammonia, H2O2 production, degradation of pollutants and synthesis of fine chemicals. He has published more than 460 papers in SCI journals, 7 book chapters, filed 35 patents, and supervised 51 Ph.D students. The important and current relevance of his work is amply reflected in large number of citations (~24500) of his work and H index 81. Prof. Parida found place in global 2% world scientist ranking and achieved No.1 rank in India on photocatalyst field. He has received many awards and recognition. To name a few, PROF. S. K. The research work on photocatalysis by Professor Ohtani started in 1981 when he was a Ph. D. course student in Kyoto University. Since then he has been studying photocatalysis and related topics for more than 30 years and published more than 300 original papers (h-index: 72) and two single-author books. After gaining his Ph. D. degree from Kyoto University in 1985, he became an assistant professor in the university. In 1996, he was promoted to an associate professor in Division of Chemistry, Graduate School of Science, Hokkaido University and was then awarded a full professor position in the Catalysis Research Center (presently Institute for Catalysis), Hokkaido University in 1998. For the education of graduate students, Professor Ohtani's laboratory has belonged to the Graduate School of Environmental Science, Hokkaido University since 1999. He was awarded 2005 Scientific Achievement Award of The Electrochemical Society of Japan, The Japanese Photochemistry Association Award 2006, Catalysis Society of Japan Award for 2013, The Japanese Photochemistry Association Lectureship Award (2017)and The Award of The Electrochemical Society of Japan (Takei Award), 2018.

Vasudevanpillai Biju studied chemistry at CSIR-RRL and the University of Kerala and obtained his Ph.D. in 2000. After postdoctoral research in Japan and the USA, he was a scientist in AIST, Japan. He was also a visiting scientist at the University of Texas at Austin and a JST PRESTO Researcher. Since February 2016, he has been a Professor at Hokkaido University. His research interests include semiconductor quantum dots, photo-functional molecules, and single-molecule techniques. His research activities are recognized with various awards by the Ozaki Foundation (Gennai Award), the Japanese Photo chemistry Association, the Asian and Oceanian Photochemistry Association, and the Chemical Society of Japan.Since 2011 he has been a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry
Ray T. Chen is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas Austin, and holds the Cullen Trust for Higher Education Endowed Professorship in Engineering. From 1988 to 1992, he worked as a research scientist, manager, and director of the Department of Electro-Optic Engineering at the Physical Optics Corporation in Torrance, California. He served as the CTO, founder, and chairman of the Board of Radiant Research, Inc. from 2000 to 2001, where he raised 18 million dollars A-Round funding to commercialize polymer-based photonic devices involving over twenty patents, which were acquired by Finisar in 2002, a publicly traded company in the Silicon Valley (NASDAQ:FNSR). He also serves as the founder and chairman of the Board of Omega Optics Inc. since its initiation in 2001. Omega Optics has received over five million dollars in research funding. His research work has been awarded over 100 research grants and contracts from such sponsors as DOD, NSF, DOE, EPA, NIH, NASA, the State of Texas, and private industry. Chen’s group at UT Austin has reported its research findings in more than 650 published papers, including over 85 invited papers. He holds 20 issued patents. He has chaired or been a program-committee member for more than 100 domestic and international conferences. He has served as an editor, co-editor or coauthor for over twenty books and special issues. He is a fellow of IEEE, OSA, and SPIE. He was the recipient of the 1987 UC Regent’s Dissertation fellowship and the 1999 UT Engineering Foundation Faculty Award, for his contributions in research, teaching and services. He was also the recipient of the 2008 IEEE Teaching Award, and the 2010 IEEE HKN Loudest Professor Award. He was elected as an Honorable Citizen of the city of Austin in 2003. During his undergraduate years at the National Tsing Hua University, he led the 1979 university debate team to the Championship of the Taiwan College-Cup Debate Contest. He has supervised and graduated 39 Ph.D. students from his research group at UT Austin
Prof IR Lim is currently a registered professional engineer (RPE). He received a first degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Master's Degree and PhD from National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, respectively. Prior to joining CityU, he was a post-doctoral research fellow at Department of Civil Engineering, The University of Queensland and Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Hong Kong. Prof. Lim is also a visiting professor at various universities including the University of Western Sydney, Dalian University of Technology, etc. He has expertise in vibration of plate and shell structures, dynamics of smart piezoelectric structures, nanomechanics and symplectic elasticity. He is the Editor for Journal of Mechanics of Materials and Structures (JoMMS), Associate Editor (Asia-Pacific Region) for Journal of Vibration Engineering & Technologies (JVET), Associate Editor for International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos (IJBC), International Subject Editor for Applied Mathematical Modelling (AMM), and also on the editorial board of some other international journals. He has published among one of the well-selling titles in Engineering Mechanics entitled "Symplectic Elasticity", co-authored with W.A. Yao and W.X. Zhong, as recorded in April 2010 by the publisher, World Scientific. He has published more than 300 international journal papers, accumulated more than 3000 independent citations, and one of the papers was granted the IJSS 2004-2008 most cited article award. He was also awarded Top Referees in 2009, Proceedings A, The Royal Society.
Dr. Jieshan Qiu is Cheung-Kong Distinguished Professor of Carbon Science and Chemical Engineering, and Dean of Chemical Engineering College at Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT), China. He is an internationally recognized research and thought leader in chemical engineering and carbon science. His research encompasses both fundamental and applied aspects of carbon materials and science, with a focus on the methodologies of producing carbon materials for energy storage and conversion, catalysis, and environment protection. He has published 800+ papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature Mater., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Energy Environ. Sci., PNAS, Nature Commun., Nano Energy, ACS Nano, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Soc. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Joule,Matter,Chem, Sci. Adv., etc., with a citation 38600+ times and h-index of 96 (web of sci.). He has filed140+ Chinese and International patents, of which some have been successfully commercialized in China. Currently, he is the Associate Editor of CIESC Journal, and is on the advisory boards of several journals, including Chemical Engineering Science, Science China Materials, andEnergyTechnology, etc. He is a Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researcher from 2018 to 2021in a row, and an Elsevier Highly Cited ChineseResearchersin 2019and 2020 in the field of chemical engineering, and 2019 Top 1% highly cited Chinese authors in the field of energy &sustainability in 2019 by the Royal Society of Chemistry. He has served as Associate Editor of three international journals for years, including: Carbon, FlatChemand ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering.

Oleg V. Gradov, senior researcher, N.N. Semenov Research Center for Chemical Physics. O.V. Gradov is the former group leader at the Talrose IEPCP. His works are focused on multispectral multiparametric mapping, chemometric microscopy, spectroelectrochemical and electromorphological techniques for measurements of biomembranes and soft active media. Gradov has founded some novel techniques in quantitative multiparametric microscopy (novel CLEM techniques; lens-less cryoscopic osmometry; lens-less hyperspectral porometry; some novel correlation-spectral techniques; etc.).
Professor Dr. Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra, Spanish is now Professor with Chair at the University of AlmerÃa (Spain) and she was Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Granada from 1979 on. Forty nine years of the teaching and researching experience. She is the Director of Research Group HUM113-Estudios Filológicos from Program of Research of Andalusian Government, where she has managed and directed several academic and scientific contracts and research projects, as well as a Member of European Scientific Institute (ESI) Team, Athens Institute for Education & Research (ATINER) in Greece, The Academic Genesis Platform (UAGP) in UK&Turkey and Experts of Academic Excellence Research Centre (EAERC) in Jordan; GI Social Sciences Forum (GISSF), in Malaysia; Akademica Nusa International Association of Social Sciences and Humanities, in UAE; Science Research Association (SCIREA); Academic Fora; Foundation for Social Sciences and Education Research (FSSER); etc. She is reviewer and member of the editorial board in several renowned scientific journals as well as member of the organizing, scientific & academic committees at prestigious international conferences. She is author of a many works on several aspects of the Arabic science and literature in the Middle Ages, as well as Arabic language and linguistics. She has also participated in different prestigious international scientific Conferences. Among her works, we have the study and the translation to Spanish of some treatises of Kitab al-tasrif´s Al-Zahrawi, Ibn Qutayba´s texts, Maqamas of Al-Hariri, The Sicilian Questions of Ibn Sab´in, and the book on the plague by Ibn Khatima.
Professor Henryk Paul received Dr. Eng. at Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science (IMMS), Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow (Poland) in 1989. After working as an assistant professor, he was promoted to an associate professor in 2003 and to a full Professor in 2010, all in IMMS. He is the author more than 270 original papers, 22 book chapters, and 20 review papers on different aspects of phases transformation. His research interests include explosive welding technology, plastic flow instabilities formation during metallic materials deformation, recovery and recrystallization. He has served as a plenary, keynote or invited speaker at 30 international conferences. His publications receive 1700 citations (h-index: 25) according to Scopus
Prof. Zhong-Qiang Zhang studied computational mechanics at Dalian University of Technology and obtained his Ph.D. in 2010. He was a visiting scholar at University of California at Berkeley in US cooperated with Prof Shaofan Li. Currently, he is a professor and vice dean of School of Mechanical Engineering at Jiangsu University in China. He is a member of IOP journal Advisory Board, Member of Micro/Nano Devices and Systems Technology Branch of Chinese Instrument Society, Member of Computational Mechanics Committee of Jiangsu Mechanics Society, and Member of Energy Structural Mechanics Committee of Jiangsu Mechanics Society. His research interests include micro/nano-fluidics and devices, flexible mechatronics and soft robots. He mainly contributes to the coupled multi-field mechanics under extreme thermal environment, including:  Constitutive modeling  Mechanics of materials  Coupled multi-field mechanics at the micro/nanoscale  Heat and mass transfer at the micro/nanoscale  Structural dynamic responses analysis His research works have been published on the important international SCI academic journals (26 papers, first author, H-index 13, 438 Citations), for examples, Composite Structures, Applied Mathematical Modelling, International Journal of Mechanical Sciences, European Journal of Mechanics-A/Solids, Waves in Random and Complex Media.He presided 4 research funds from governments.
